“I’m a nanny married to a foster home care counselor! We are childless but love children and praying for our own one day! :) We also love to eat and meet new people. Our faith is very important to us and is keeping us grounded during this unprecedented season.
It’s affected us more mentally. Just the anxiety in the unknown. I lost a few hours of work but for the most part we are hanging in there.
We are thankful to be alive, have our health, a roof over our heads and food to eat. Austin has been home to us for 7 years now and seeing this community pull together and love on each other in this season has been so inspiring and heartwarming.” - Denise Burleson
